Axiom One

Terms of Service

The terms that govern Axiom One digital kits, fixed-scope authority reviews, GEO work, and agent-commerce implementation services. Effective 28 August 2026.

Who we are

Axiom One is Eva Core, our agentic framework. It sells self-serve digital review kits, fixed-scope authority reviews, GEO implementation, and agent-commerce setup and maintenance.

For any question about these terms, email info@axiom-one.tech.

Digital kits: your license

When you buy a kit (such as the MCP Tool Authority Review Kit), you get a license to:

  • use the kit internally for your own MCP, agent-tool, automation, or wallet/payment-adjacent systems;
  • copy and adapt the templates for internal review work;
  • use the checklist language inside your own internal engineering, product, or launch documents;
  • use the report pattern to document your own systems.

Digital kits: what you may not do

You may not:

  • resell the kit;
  • repackage it as a standalone product;
  • publish or redistribute the kit files publicly;
  • remove Axiom One attribution and sell the materials as your own;
  • present the kit as a formal audit, certification, legal opinion, insurance product, or guarantee.

What our products are, and are not

Kits are operational checklists, template packs, and first-pass review structures. They are not a formal security audit, a penetration test, legal advice, compliance certification, insurance, or a guarantee that your system is safe. You remain responsible for your own systems, reviews, and launch decisions.

Review services

Proof packs and authority notes are fixed-scope review engagements. Scope, price, and delivery are agreed by email before you pay.

A review is an expert opinion on the material you share. It is not a certification and not a guarantee of loss prevention.

GEO and agent-commerce services

GEO and agent-commerce engagements are scoped around named pages, offers, protocols, platforms, and operating responsibilities. Third-party platform admission, ranking, availability, and buyer demand remain outside our control.

We do not hold customer funds, private keys, seed phrases, or production credentials after handover. Any third-party platform, wallet, settlement, hosting, or payment charge is separate unless the engagement says otherwise.

Payments

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Stripe. Because Axiom One is operated by Clarity One, the Stripe checkout and your card statement may show Clarity One as the merchant. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these terms reduces your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new purchases from its effective date.
