Axiom One

Refund Policy

How refunds work at Axiom One: instant digital delivery with an EU-conform withdrawal waiver, plus a plain goodwill rule for the review kit. Effective 28 August 2026.

The short version

Digital kits are delivered instantly, which under EU law ends the formal withdrawal right at the moment of delivery. On top of that legal baseline we keep a plain goodwill rule: if a kit is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you. Duplicate purchases and failed deliveries are always refunded.

Digital kits and the EU right of withdrawal

Kits are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (Directive 2011/83/EU). This is the standard EU rule for instant digital downloads.

Our goodwill rule

We sell to builders, and a kit that does not help you should not cost you money. If the kit is not what you expected, email info@axiom-one.tech within 14 days of purchase, from the email address you bought with, and we will refund you in full. No forms, no argument.

Always refunded

  • Duplicate purchases.
  • Failed delivery or a materially inaccessible download.
  • Charges we cannot match to a delivered product.

Review services

Proof packs and authority notes are scoped by email before you pay. If we have not started the work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has started or has been delivered, fees are non-refundable unless we agreed otherwise in the engagement or applicable law requires it.

Third-party platform charges

Third-party platform, wallet, settlement, hosting, and payment charges are paid directly by you unless an engagement states otherwise. We do not incur those charges without your approval.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go through Stripe to your original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
