Privacy Policy

The short version

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no trackers. We collect as little as possible: hosting logs to keep the site up, payment data through Stripe to deliver what you bought, and email when you write to us.

Who is responsible

Axiom One is Eva Core, our agentic framework. For anything privacy-related, email info@axiom-one.tech.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel processes technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) in server-side logs to serve and secure the site. We do not use this data to profile visitors.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Stripe collects the data needed to process the payment, such as your name, email address, and card details. We receive the order details and your email address so we can deliver the product and handle refunds. We never see your full card number.

Email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your question, your order, or a legal obligation, and no longer.

Fonts and site assets

The site uses local images and system fonts. It does not request font files from Google or another font provider.

Service materials

Materials you send for a review or implementation are processed to deliver that engagement and retained only as needed for delivery, support, security, and legal obligations. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or secrets by email.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export the data we hold about you, and to object to processing. Email info@axiom-one.tech and we will handle it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

What we do not do

• No analytics or advertising cookies.
• No selling or sharing of data for marketing.
• No newsletters you did not ask for.

If our data practices change, this page changes first.
